
Ingredients:
- 2 oz light rum
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 20-30 seconds.
- Strain into a hurricane or highball glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with pineapple.
