Sauteed Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 2 bundles asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • ¼ cup butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Fill a large pan with water about halfway. Bring to a boil.
  2. Once the water is boiling, add asparagus and blanch for 1-2 minutes. Drain.
  3. Add the pan back to the heat and melt the butter. Add asparagus and then season with lemon pepper and salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
