- 2 bundles asparagus
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- ¼ cup butter
- Salt and pepper
- Fill a large pan with water about halfway. Bring to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, add asparagus and blanch for 1-2 minutes. Drain.
- Add the pan back to the heat and melt the butter. Add asparagus and then season with lemon pepper and salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
