
Ingredients
- Roma tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 2 green onions, roughly chopped
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, roughly chopped (remove the seeds if you want to cut down some heat)
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro or parsley
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Juice from 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper
