Caramelized Peaches – Ice cream topping

Short, simple, and to the point. Seriously the shortest blog possible but I know someone out there could use it!



  • 3-4 peaches
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla ice cream


  1. Peel the peaches and cut into thin slices. Add them into a sauté pan along with the brown sugar, lemon juice, and salt and cook over medium heat until the peaches are soft.
  2. Pour the mixture over the ice cream and eat quickly before it melts.
