Salsa Recipe

  • Roma tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 2 green onions, roughly chopped
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, roughly chopped (remove the seeds if you want to cut down some heat)
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse in short bursts until all ingredients are finely chopped and mixed together. I recommend making the salsa a few hours or even a day in advance so that the flavors have
